For Japanese Participants: Bank transfer payment is encouraged.
For International Participants: Credit card payment is encouraged.

1. Bank Transfer
If you would like to pay via bank transfer (in Japanese Yen) please use the bank details below.  Please kindly bear the bank remitting charges concerned with yourself. Please mention your "Registration Number of ICARP2017" on message column of bank's money-transfer form. You can find your "Registration Number" in the auto reply e-mail message you received after registration.


2. Credit Card
All major Credit Cards will be accepted (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club). 
Please complete your full credit card details on the payment page of the registration system. To complete payment procedure, you need your "Registration Number of ICARP2017". You can find your "Registration Number" in the auto reply e-mail message you received after registration.

  • In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent directly to registration desk to avoid any trouble.
  • Registration cancellation policy  
    On or Before Dec. 27 0% of the registration fee
    From Dec. 28 to Feb. 20 50% of the registration fee
    On or After Feb. 21 100% of the registration fee/No refund
