  You can register and make a payment at the Conference Registration Desk.
Deadline for early registration: Sep. 20, 2014
Deadline for poster abstract submission: Aug. 20, 2014

NOTE: Above registration fee includes:

  • Entry to all conference sessions each day
  • Conference book of abstracts
  • Coffee break during the conference

Without any additional payment, all regular/student participants are invited to every lunch and banquet in ICARP2014 conference through special support of some companies, and the registration fee does not cover the cost. For any inquiries regarding accompanying person fee, please contact ICARP2014 Secretariat or refer to information in Application Procedures.

Credit card payment is encouraged.
For those who wish to pay by other methods, please follow the instruction on the registration page.

Cancellation
  • In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent directly to registration desk to avoid any trouble.
  • Registration cancellation policy
      On or Before Sep 20 0% of the registration fee
      From Sep 21 to Nov 10 50% of the registration fee
      On or After Nov 11 100% of the registration fee/No refund
